Delivery times

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For personalised and customised products, the delivery time is calculated as follows: production time + shipping time to the country to which the order will be sent.

  • The production time can be found on our website, for each product, and varies depending on the product. The majority of our products have a production time of 1 working day, but it is important to check each product to find the production time before placing the order. Just click on the clock, next to the photos of each product.
  • The shipping time may vary depending on several factors:
  1. Place of order: The delivery time to places outside the mainland of The United Kingdom (British Overseas Territories) is extended.
  2. Place of delivery: The delivery time of 4-8 working days applies to home addresses.
  3. Payment method: We recommend that you pay by Credit Card or by PayPal. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you should generally add 1 or more working days to the delivery time, since the payment is not instantaneous. Only after payment has been received, will the order be produced.
  4. Special cases: The delivery time is expected to be longer at certain times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day, etc.), due to the saturation of the various transport companies that we work with. In addition, delivery times may be longer due to force majeure reasons such as strikes by transport companies, etc.

  • FedEx: 1-2 working days after production
  • GLS: 4-6 working days after production

These deadlines refer only to the DELIVERY TIME, to which must be added the PRODUCTION TIME, explained in the previous point.

Delivery time to other European countries

We can deliver to almost any location in any country in Europe. Depending on the location and country, delivery times may vary.
