However, if your baby is approaching one year of age, it is advisable to go to the beach at cooler times when the sun's rays are less dangerous. That is, early in the morning or late in the afternoon and always well equipped with a cap or light T-shirts to protect them from the sun.

Fresh food and water: The most important thing in summer is to keep hydrated at all times (both adults and children). So don't forget to pack fresh water and a lunch box with food in your beach bag. The must-bring snack would be fruit to keep the little ones hydrated and fresh at all times.
