If bank transfer is chosen as the payment method, production of the product will begin after the bank confirms the payment. This may add 1 or more days to the standard delivery time, depending on when the transfer is made and when it is confirmed by the bank. For urgent orders, we recommend using immediate payment methods such as credit card or PayPal, which will not add additional days to the standard delivery time.
Delivery times may increase during specific periods of the year (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day, etc.) due to increased workload for transport companies, as well as other possible reasons beyond our control (transport strikes, etc.).
Some bulky products (large canvas prints, bean bags, etc.) may only be available for shipping within Spain.
Due to currency fluctuations, postal codes in special zones, customs, and other factors, shipping costs on this page may differ from those shown in the shopping cart at the time of checkout. In case of discrepancies, the shipping cost indicated in the shopping cart is correct.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, some banks may charge "international transaction" fees. These types of surcharges are beyond our control, please contact your bank if you are in any doubt.
