When your ball arrives, it will be in sleep mode to protect the battery during transport. The first thing you need to do is connect it to a power source using a USB-C cable to “wake up” the light mode and perform a full initial charge. Near the charging port you’ll see a small red light indicating that it’s charging; after around 2 hours it will turn green to show that the charge is complete. From that moment on, your ball will be ready to shine whenever you want to play.

To find the charging port, look for the words "PLUG IN HERE" printed on the surface of the ball. Right there you’ll notice a thin rubber flap that protects the port from light rain and moisture. Simply lift this flap using the small notch designed for easy access, plug in the USB-C cable firmly and let the ball charge. There’s no need to remove any internal parts or take out the light module – everything is designed so that charging is quick, convenient and hassle-free.
