We ship orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla exclusively through Correos Express. For these destinations, it is necessary to specify the ID number and billing details.
For all orders, we include the purchase invoice in the package for customs inspection purposes. This is a legal requirement, and the invoice will always show the full value of the shipped goods. You can check the delivery times here.
These orders are not subject to VAT, and we include the export DUA in the shipping costs. You can check the shipping costs here.
The import DUA (which is separate) and local taxes (IGIC, IPSI) will need to be paid upon delivery of the package.
If the purchase value is less than €150, the import DUA is €7.26 and IGIC does not apply; if it exceeds this amount, IGIC will be applied. Shipments to the Canary Islands are made by air.
The import DUA is €14 in addition to the local tax (IPSI).
No import DUA applies, but local tax (IPSI) does.
