Including QR codes in products

Most of our products can be customised with any image. This includes the possibility to include QR codes, which is a very common practice in promotional or advertising gifts, so that the user receiving the product can scan the QR code with their mobile or tablet and access the website associated with the QR code.

If you wish to order a customised product containing a QR code, please consider the following recommendations:

• For cylindrical products, such as mugs or bottles, the QR code should measure between 15 and 25 mm in width. If it exceeds these measurements, due to the curvature of the product, the code might not be recognised by the mobile or tablet attempting to scan it.
• For products with a flat surface, there is no size restriction, although the code may have difficulty being read on products with rough or irregular textures, such as: terry towels, blankets, canvases, etc. However, there will be no issues with products that have a smooth, non-rough surface, such as planners, notebooks, bookmarks, mouse pads, and other printed products made of paper, cardboard, ceramics, or plastic.
