Yes, you can, under these conditions: to benefit from bulk discounts, all products in your order must be identical with the same design. If there are multiple products with different designs, bulk discounts will not apply.
Example: If you want to buy 100 identical mugs with the same logo or image design, customize the mug, indicate "Quantity 100," and the bulk discount price will be applied. However, if each mug needs a different name, they will no longer be identical, and the bulk discount will not apply.
All our products are personalized in a specific area of the product. Sometimes this personalization covers 100% of the product's surface, while other times it is a partial customization clearly indicated on each product's page, both in the photos and the description texts.
However, if you want to personalize a different part of the product than the default area, we can evaluate your request, depending on the product, quantity, and technical feasibility. To request customization on a different area, contact us via email or open a new ticket, explaining your request, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Many of our products have the Wanapix logo printed or engraved (always in a subtle, small, and inconspicuous area). For example, the ceramic mug has our logo printed on the bottom, not visible when the mug is resting. In these cases, it is not possible to remove the logo, and there is no option to place an order without it.
No, at the moment, we do not offer a "Gift Wrap" option. Some products come with a case or presentation box, but we recommend checking the product description for availability. If you have any questions about the presentation or shipping of any product, open a ticket, and we will respond as soon as possible.
