Returns and Refunds

At Wanapix, all products are made customized to your specifications, with your images or texts (whether printed, engraved, or embroidered on the product), specifically for you. This means they cannot be exchanged or returned. If your order arrives broken or damaged, here’s more information about it. If this applies to you, contact us so we can review it and consider a possible reprint or refund.

Since all our products at Wanapix are personalized, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to Article 102 of RDL 1/2007, which establishes exceptions for goods made to measure or based on your specifications. This means they cannot be returned except in specific cases explained on this page. Additionally, this regulation includes other exceptions, such as services already performed with your consent or digital content started with your approval, though in our case, the key factor is personalization.

If the product arrives defective due to our error, we repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund you at no cost; we only ask that you notify us within 2 months of noticing the issue. You can also cancel your order as long as production hasn’t started; contact us (if production has already begun by the time we can address your request, cancellation won’t be possible).

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence, we keep it for 6 months after notifying you; if you don’t respond, it will be destroyed. We recommend not accepting packages with visible damage. Cases or packaging are extras to protect the product and won’t be replaced if damaged; only the personalized product is covered for manufacturing or printing defects.
