How to leave a positive review for my purchase

When you complete an order, we show you a message asking whether you would like to review your purchase once you have received it. If you agree, 7 days after placing the order (by then you will most likely have already received it), you will receive an email for this purpose. This email will contain a link that will take you to a page of an external and independent company responsible for collecting user reviews. You will be able to rate different aspects from 0 to 5: overall satisfaction, delivery speed, etc., as well as leave a personal comment.

More and more users value the opinions of other customers, as this is valuable information that other potential buyers will appreciate.

What to do if I don’t receive the email

If you want to review your purchase and you haven’t received the email, or you deleted it or did not accept to review the purchase, contact us providing your email address and order number and we will send you the email with the link.

How to change a review already submitted

  1. Access the following link: Trusted Shops login. You can log in using your email address. If you cannot access, click on “Forgot your password?” to reset it.
  2. On the “My orders” page, click on “All your orders”. Here you can see all the shops where you have placed an order and the reviews you have given.
  3. Click on the “eye” icon, edit the review and click “save changes”.
