International shipping restrictions

Large-sized products

In the case of products with large sizes or dimensions, such as framed pictures, photo canvases and other wall décor products, shipments of items larger than 50x70 cm are limited to Spain and Portugal. Other products with this restriction include PVC tarpaulins, oilcloth tablecloths and larger-sized doormats. These products are not shipped to other countries, as they exceed the maximum dimensions allowed for international shipments by current transport companies.

Food and beverages

Products containing chocolate cannot be shipped to orders with a delivery address in Switzerland, due to Swiss customs and import regulations specific to this type of product.

In addition, wine bottles cannot be shipped to Switzerland for the same reasons as chocolate products, nor to the United Kingdom and Ireland, due to restrictions on air transport for this type of product.
